Leadership Flipped preparation (required): View the 'PISA - Measuring student success around the world' video to learn what the results are based on. This was a really interesting video, particularly to see that they focus on how our children can use what they learn in school in real life and in their future. How can we educate children so that they will be able to live their lives and experience success and happiness, while also having the skills to manage adversity? This should be a guiding question when looking at education.  Nationality Versus Culture Nationality is not a very meaningful concept. Culture is much more significant. “It is remarkable how fast and how effectively you can construct a nationality with a flag, a few speeches, and a national anthem.” (Taleb, 2008).
